Powerbook mixed up vga output

i have got powerbook 1.25ghz off ebay had display problem. wishing actual display , not problem logic board. turns out logic board when connect external display same result.

seen similar? guess vga because laptop seems work fine. there way fix this? heating on gpu or something? or change of logic board fixed?

 

your video card soldered onto logic board going bad.

i'd try faster logic board replacement, i.e. 1.5 or 1.67ghz board (the ones ddr not ddr2 ram)
