Pairing Apple Wireless Keyboard w/iMac & iPhone 4 Questions

hey have few questions re: pairing apple wireless keyboard imac , iphone 4.

first off, can know can pair both devices, yet can use keyboard on either imac or iphone. want able have them paired , connected on both devices don't have disconnect imac connect iphone. i've read can't done? but… there hack/utility allows this?

secondly, i've renamed keyboard in system preferences "apple wireless keyboard" when shows on iphone 4, lists "blablablaa's keyboard"… blablabla being computer's short name believe. i've used system preferences option under bluetooth "update name", using little gear wheel icon triangle pointing down, brings drop down menu says "update name" there way change name permanently other way?

no hack or utility required.

can pair wireless keyboard both mac , iphone. toggle bt on devices pair keyboard follows:

pair mac, bt active on mac, bt off on iphone
pair iphone, bt active on iphone, bt off on mac

having bt active on both devices @ same time produce unpredictable results when using keyboard.
