New Mac Mini, iTunes, and iDevice syncing

hi all,

mac mini due arrive tomorrow. plan on copying in ~/username on new mac.

question: iphone & ipad, sync itunes install, sync new computer, or weird thing tries delete everything, , i'll have establish new setup?

 

any computer want idevice sync has have itunes installed , authorized same itunes account. keep in mind there limit on how many computers can authorize @ 1 time. it's best remember de-authorize computer before wiping it.

now, here i'm not sure. if set first, might ask transfer idevice installed apps new mini. alternately, can copy library on yourself. recently, attached shared drive copied library, selected .ipa files , said 'open'. itunes imported them new set up.
