MAC PRO 1.1 CPUs upgrade with one problem

hi,
i've upgraded mac pro 1,1 2ghz 2x5355 cpu.
seems went well, except 1 thing.

when turn on mac hear classic bip, screen still grey without apple logo , system not loaded.
way turn on hold power button until led begins flash, mac beeps , loads system.

seems happen when machine cold.... if shutdown , reboot mac (in normal mode) it's ok....

ideas??

try shutting down, disconnecting power 15 seconds. reboot , reset pram
