Mac Mini Logic Boards

anyone know of place "cheap" motherboards mac mini's? buddy of mine has 2007 shelled out, @ $250+ doesn't make sense replace. $100 or make sense, price doesn't. of them find appear include processor on board, unnecessary. thought worth asking.
