iTunes Match all faded and won't load

was wondering if else's itunes match wasn't working? can't download new music iphone today "waiting" on try , checked mbp (i don't keep music on really, stream songs want play through match) , files greyed out go when it's trying connect.

thought may have apple preparing new ios devices turned on tomorrow if it's more me.
