How come I can't directly access iCloud from my iPad? (and crashes)

how come can't directly access icloud ipad? need go icloud.com on computer access photo stream (which flawed). doesn't defeat 1 of main purposes of not needing computer?

oh , btw first gen ipad still crashing (safari, email, , several apps) after ios 5 update. it's pissing me off beyond belief.

 

how come? because can't.

sorry ipad crashing. ipad fine. haven't seen crash in months, , i'm not lightest user you've ever seen.
