Difference between 3gs iphone model MC132LL and MC640LL?

are mfg numbers or there difference in specs or network?

there's absolutely no difference.
if they're both iphone 3gses, have exact same specs.

believe "mc" @ start of serial number means these new bootrom 3gs models, isn't need know unless you're jailbreaking (and isn't big deal really).
