attachments to e-Mails

hello, new here , quite confused.
here problem. tried again , again attach document(with several images in it) e-mail, come other end without images. once came images no text, attachement fine e-mail garbeld....et c.
intend send out applications galleries images of paintings. 1 in e-mail, ca.15 in attachment. advice? (any advice, really!) clemens.

 

what kind of document trying send?
