Right apple headphone. The Sound went REALLY LOW randomly

on right apple headphone. sound went low randomly. don't know why. bought them 1.5 weeks ago, , of sudden sound went low compared left headphone? should try exchange?

not damaged @ all..... physically.

 

i'd better headphones - ones apple ships crap.

if adamant on using ones supply, guess long can prove didn't yank them , cause damage, why not try , ask. @ worst, you'll told no.
