iPad won't sync my new videos...

so, took video on iphone 4s , put them iphoto, ipad syncs with. today, synced ipad first time since added videos iphoto, , videos won't sync; every time sync, tells me videos cannot copied ipad because video format isn't supported; video format .mov. should work...i've resynced, unplugged ipad , plugged in, deleted , re-inserted videos iphoto, , removed , put iphoto content on ipad; i'm stuck. have solution?
