Developing an ipad app

hey guys,

i'm projecting , developing ipad app in college(in portugal) , want have nice final product of it.

objective not have completelly functional app working , sent app store design it, no programming, gui part.

has said, have conquer evaluation points presentation.
and
want develop app have 100% functional graphical part. press button , change next screen.

possible? tool?

have been exploring flash builder 4.6 flex since have flash knowledge.
