2011 21.5 INCH IMAC i5 500GB Fans on Constatly

hi new forum , wanted see everyone's opinion on macs fan problem

21.5 inch imac i5 , less month old didn't notice when first powered can hear fans whurrring away nothing running, have tried smc reset didn't tried pram reset every time try it boots if bought asking use time machine restore os, did pram reset on 2011 macbook pro , beeped restarted , worked fine,

using istat nano got these fan speed reading

optical drive 3498rpm
hard drive 3500rpm
cpu fan 1198rpm

here temps

hd 32
cpu 35
cpu diode 35
cpu heatsink 34
ambient 21
memory controller 37
optical drive 32

can have @ these figures , see if normal
appreciated

 

have tried smc reset yet?
