Trouble Changing Icons

hi guys, have looked through threads , not find answer problem. apologize in advance if has been answered (and if case please direct me answer.)

trying change app icons such redlaser, tom tom, angry birds, youtube, apple store , on. user downloaded apps not stock apps. using i-funbox , replace icon@2x.png file in application folder app trying change. after respringing iphone there no change. made sure capitalize , punctuated original , went make sure file copied folder correctly still no luck. doing wrong? there easier way change icons? know possible making winterboard theme , including bundles folder. however, not sure goes bundles folder. have 20 apps change. please.
