SMS sound stutter bug not resolved in 5.1

why can't fix sms sound stutter bug? still happens 2 iphone 4s , 3 iphone 4 in our household!! after days pass, bug becomes increasingly annoying 10-15 times stutter on receiving single sms.

disappears when restart our phones irritate after 1-2 days. there workarounds disabling imessage or turn off showing sms in lock screen. use imessage lot here has iphones.

can't defective phone problem. doesn't anyone's phone exhibit bug?

of other videos solution looked best reset (not turning off , on).

because it's happening on devices, there you're doing cause it? honest question, having issues multiple installs of windows 7 until realized "standard build" caused issue. put way, did every device exhibit issue straight out of box before put apps on or made settings change or jb? test restore new (after making sure have good, restorable backup) , send message. if go genius they'll want anyway.

though people have posted issue on youtube, if have randomly collected defective devices should buy lottery ticket!
