Question for Scrivener users

so, i'm thinking of making switch word scrivener academic writing, , wondering if share experiences on following:

- work endnote in conjunction scrivener? not switching sente or other ref managers, because endnote 1 institutionally supported.

- write research articles collaboratively colleagues use word rather scrivener?

:)

hi jojoba,

used scrivener write phd , absolutely amazed functionality, , relatively straightforward endnote integration (manual fields codes though - no cite while write functionality). found program highly responsive, , it's project management features useful , wonderfully integrated. best $35 spent on course of phd. have recommend other students, , writing large solo pieces.

however, since graduating, have found myself using scrivener less , less. have been writing number of collaborative pieces, , have found compile/import ms word/open/insert page numbers/format bibliography/save/email workflow hassle when done frequently....and reintegrating changes made colleagues (particularly not computer savvy) scrivener can nightmare - when there tables involved.

in sum: have found writing in scrivener dream come true, functionality collaborative tool limited. using scrivener write book, writing of journal articles in word here on in.

if end going down scrivener track, can confirm endnote , scrivener work pretty - better sente or papers.

hope helps!
