iPhone Weird problem using Zephyr

i turned on swipe side switch between apps feature , somehow in between apps field test app pops up. know of 1 way access (by calling *3001#12345#*) somehow it's showing when use zephyr. doesn't show in multitasking tray, because doesn't have icon. has happened else? fix?

had happen after turned phone on once, restarted , not had since. month or 2 ago think.
