hi have been lurking around forums time. first post (yippie). here goes. purchased iphone 4 stuck in recovery loop. person bought claimed getting error "the iphone not restore. unknown error occurred (-1)" when first received phone hooked itunes , did restore , successful. ios 5.0.1 installed. procceded jailbreak. used redsn0w , after installing software looked successful wasnt. wifi , bluetooth greyed out , not see imei or firmware number. tried hours thinking bad saoftware install still unsuccessful. figured restore factory hooked itunes , during firmware install part of restore fails , got same error "the iphone not restore. unknown error occurred (-1)" . no matter try restore keep on getting that. ideas?
want factory default.
p.s. wifi , bluetooth working when restore via itunes

first post. dont know can suggest try hold down home , power button. might wanna try go apple store though tried jailbreak helpful.
