HELP!! Imessage Won't toggle on!

i jailbroke new iphone 4 , i'm using without sim card. still wanted text on wifi , when went settings , toggled imessage on turned off in split second. please help!

 

hey, wondering if still have problem or not, ive been having same problem , cannot figure out. facetime , push works fine imessage doing yours
