Is it possible to transfer game data from iPod Touch to iPad 2?


so, got ipad 2 few weeks ago , transfered apps touch ipad. when booted ''mytown2''' play, if first time playing. there way can game touch ipad without having start over?
 

if game game center enabled, icloud should automatically transfer saved games. when sign icloud/game center account on ipad, should able carry on left off on ipod touch.
