How do I obtain icons that can be used in apps?

hey guys, downloaded app called "passwords", allows me assign icon entry made. icon can 1 provided app (i.e. standard icons) or 1 import myself (i.e. "user icons").

question not only, how obtain "user icons", find these icons begin with? there website allows me copy , past icons? or scan them , make them myself?

i'm not savvy, appreciated. thanks.
