Problems with extension charger lead?

has had problem lead charging, fuse or else?

it's working on short lead, it's not long enough use one. have extension part of lead plugged in , fine until last night, today it's totally dead in, i've taken off , put short lead in , works fine. ideas please?

 

can give me clue wattage need replace with,
it's i5 mbp may '11 purchased. thought there 1 there several different watts, correct 1
