Online Recovery NOT WORKING

hey guys, came across issue , wondering if help.

ended buying 13" air friend , want restore machine , start fresh.

shut down computer , pressed , held command+r.

after while got starting recovery may take while screen"
greeted spinning globe , wifi simple. when click drop down menu, wifi isn't listed. see "centre" , locked (maybe thats neighbors or something). know not wifi cause 11" right next me , i'm able surf.

weird issue is, when restored 11" greeted menu options "reinstall, disk utility, etc etc" 13" inch, i'm not given option. goes straight globe. ideas? :/

13" 2010, , 11" 2011?

also, try booting , connecting wifi, rebooting command+r.
