Macbook shutdown when viewing streaming video

i own late 2006 macbook.
more not when attempting view streaming video macbook freezes screen saying must shut down holding power button down, etc. etc.
problem less happen when minimize number of programs running @ same time still problem.
ideas guys?

maybe post of kernel panic reports located in applications / utilities / console > show log list > diagnostic , usage information > user diagnostic reports in next post analysis.
