Photostream Deletion Sync

while very, happy delete photostream changes not syncing. i'm able delete iphone when check iphoto @ home deleted photos still there.

else seeing this?

 

i'm read in release notes change applies phone , not photostream in cloud. if wanted delete photo on other devices have manually delete photo on other devices.
