add me list of stolen iphones.
company's iphone 4, i'm not out money (yet), it's still annoying.
scumbag grabbed out of hands @ lunch while sat in park , took off running. kept 3-4 blocks, lost him.
far, findmyiphone in icloud hasn't able find it, did respond lock request yesterday , emailed me confirmation.
question 1: if findmyiphone able verify sending lock request, shouldn't have known (or @ least ip info)?
question 2: other info seems once phone wiped, findmyiphone won't work more, since it's part of os now, shouldn't apple able identify iphone after it's wiped , online somewhere?
i'm resigned chances of recovering pretty small , unfortunately company looking out of supplying phones. means i'll have replace myself. although may pay data plan.
had hoped avoid buying new 1 until next revision, looks iphone 4s in near future (used 3gs , 4 prices don't seem worth me).
question 3: can't seem find verizon's business data plan costs (since once install server app on it, supposedly have on business data plan--and of course server data *so* more expensive send verizon *sarcasm*)).
question 4: there cases out there will: securely enclose iphone 4s (like screws or tough release catches) , have attachment wrist strap.
basically, i'm thinking when i'm in similar environment can loop hand strap around wrist.
or 1 of attachments use @ apple sore , put heavy chain around belt avoid being grabbed.
