Huge influx of nano on craigslist. Are they refurb?

recently replacement plane there has been huge number of ipod nano 6th gens on craigslist. refurbished? wondering because going same price used sealed ones, , rather have new 1 same price refurbished.

if going around same price new ones, buy new ones, unless want save couple of bucks.
