i upgraded lion while ago, , have had set of little problems take shine off experience...
- one times in 4 (ish) start machine, hangs wallpaper , icons. don't have accounts set up, goes straight there, , i'm go. have hold power button force shut down computer.
- my itunes artwork date, yet itunes artwork screensaver says have no artwork. doesn't make sense...
- opening files programs such preview , word mac, opened files instead of 1 want.
i've checked drive permissions , done repair of them, checking whole disk - nothing reported. software date.
whilst computer works pretty great still, these small issues make me suspect there's more sinister lurking around corner.
it's 2008 15 inch macbook pro, running lion 10.7.2. screen, optical drive, , logic board got replaced in last 6 months, before lion upgrade. maybe new logic board has part play?!
if has suggestions, i'd love hear them!
yeah, got suggestion. go snow leopard.
